Travel Project Specialist with Dutch and English
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: 2 December 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 8:00 PM
Model: OnSite (3 months of training)
Salary: 4000 BGN gross
Are you passionate about travel and customer service Our partner BPO company is seeking a Travel Project Specialist to join their dedicated team supporting one of the leading brands in the travel industry. What You Will Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients assisting them with travel inquiries and bookings.
- Process reservations and changes for flights accommodations and travel packages.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support.
- Maintain knowledge of the travel industry including promotions destinations and services offered.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or travelrelated roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
