Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls in German providing detailed information on products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions converting leads into successful sales.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately document sales activities customer feedback and followup actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- 612 months of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools.
