Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application support to clients via email phone and portal
- Manage multiple priorities and meet service level agreements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application network and hardware issues
- Collaborate with internal teams on work processes and project deliverables
- Track client issues provide timely updates and manage client expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS or related field
- Experience in tech support troubleshooting and IT systems preferred
- Strong communication client service and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML CSS XML) and JIRA is a plus
- Willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays
