Role: Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Job Description
MUST:

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads projects of medium to high complexity as part of a Sustainability product team in collaboration with the Product Delivery Manager and Product Manager
- Agile/Scrum framework
- Guide business customers through business case development for new applications and functionality including cost / benefit analysis and risk / impact analysis
- Define and manage systems scope and objectives through frontend analysis and research combined with an excellent understanding of business systems industry requirements and available IT solutions
- Creation and management of project user stories utilizing Azure DevOps
- Manage and develop enhancements; take ownership of QA and acceptance testing of completed projects
- Create or modify procedures to solve complex problems giving consideration to computer equipment capacity and limitations operating time and desired results
- Minimize application support load by refining error management and moving initial triage to the Service Center
Basic Qualifications: (required)

- 5 years of business systems analyst experience to include:
o Defining and managing system scope and objectives for assigned projects
o Gathering and preparing detailed user stories and process flow diagrams
o Creating and modifying procedures to solve complex issues - 3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience in change management risk management stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication project organization and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) Business Management or related Business program
Project Management skills
