Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Cape Town (Foreshore)
About Us:
Our client delivers innovative SaaS products designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare providers in the UK. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in SaaS or product sales and a passion for the healthcare industry to join our expanding team. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts providing comprehensive product training and supporting clients while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services.
Role Overview:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and crossselling within the UK health market. In addition to managing client accounts you will provide indepth training on new and existing products ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions. Experience with the UK NHS would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts serving as the primary point of contact for client needs product support and ongoing engagement.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored product training to clients ensuring smooth adoption and continued usage of our solutions.
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and execute upselling and crossselling opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Lead training sessions for both clients and internal teams on new and existing products.
Monitor industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
Provide regular updates on account performance client feedback and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management or sales ideally within SaaS or technology products.
Strong understanding of relationship management with the ability to maintain and grow key client relationships.
Experience in delivering product training and providing ongoing client support.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within existing accounts.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
