Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia Philippines Vietnam and Malaysia. Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Credit Financial Services team. As a Product Manager you will be instrumental in enhancing our credit systems and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our Indonesian customers. This role requires a proficient Mandarin speaker who can effectively manage product lifecycles and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the credit system and actively engage with local financial institutions for product audits and demonstrations.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring effective communication through wellcrafted presentation materials and other forms of communication.
- Identify and address user pain points specific to the Indonesian market; collaborate with the local operations team to propose and implement product optimization strategies.
- Design and develop conceptual diagrams wireframes and product requirement documents to guide the development process.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and execution of gotomarket strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a product management role preferably in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English capable of facilitating effective discussions among stakeholders.
- Ability to convey complex business or technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability.
- Demonstrated leadership with a commitment to driving team success and strong ownership of projects.
