Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Direct and oversee the frontend engineering team.
- Formulate and execute strategies for frontend development initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of code quality and optimal application performance.
- Work closely with other teams including backend QA and product management.
- Develop a strategic approach to frontend development aligned with the company s product goals.
- Employ creative thinking to offer technical solutions and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering or Information Technology.
- Strong command of English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development for web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in Angular and TypeScript for web development.
- Experience with Swift and Kotlin for mobile applications.
- Indepth knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries.
- Familiarity with state management application architecture and UI/UX design principles.
- Over 3 years of experience managing a frontend engineering team of 10 or more fostering teamwork and company culture.
- Experience in recruiting training and nurturing employees.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Capable of managing projects to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Dynamic responsible and proactive in approach.
- Enthusiastic about learning and keeping up with new technologies.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
