Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
experience in sales or business development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills:
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and market dynamics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Team Leadership: Experience in motivating and developing sales teams to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Support the sales team by providing training, coaching, and resources to enhance performance.
Monitor sales performance and report on metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns with sales objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
