Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Certifications: Food safety certification and alcohol service certification (if applicable).
Skills:
Leadership: Strong ability to motivate and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective team interactions and guest relations.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, both operational and customer-related.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to help manage restaurant finances.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
