What will I be doing?
As an IT Manager, you will supervise the IT Department to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically, the IT Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
experience in IT management or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading IT teams.
Skills:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, software development, and cybersecurity.
Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with experience managing multiple projects.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop IT staff.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s IT infrastructure and data.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead, train, and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic planning.
