Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers using various lead generation tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn email campaigns cold calling).
Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound communications (email phone social) to engage prospects generate interest and schedule meetings.
Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify them for the sales team.
Qualify Leads: Assess potential customers needs and determine if they re a good fit for our product or service.
Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Set Appointments: Schedule meetings and product demos for the account executives.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain CRM Data: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system (e.g. Zoho)
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity targets (e.g. number of calls/emails scheduled meetings and qualified leads).
Key Qualifications:
12 years of experience in sales customer service or a similar role (experience in tech or finance is a plus).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator Outreach SalesLoft).
Able to research using Instagram Facebook and other social media platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong desire to learn and grow within a fastpaced sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience in cold calling prospecting or customerfacing roles.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and techniques.
Previous experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho).
