About the Property Onboarding Representative Role
As a Property Onboarding Representative you will work closely with property owners to onboard new properties ensuring that each listing is accurate compliant and meets RentSmallSmalls quality standards. This role involves visiting properties verifying conditions and facilitating the operational and legal processes required to onboard properties. Your attention to detail and communication skills will be key to maintaining the high standards that our platform is known for.
What Youll Do
As the Property Onboarding Representative you will be responsible for:
- Property Owner Collaboration: Work with property owners to onboard new properties onto the platform ensuring all necessary documentation and information is provided.
- Accurate Property Listings: Ensure all property details (photos descriptions prices) are accurate and meet SmallSmalls standards for quality and consistency.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to verify property conditions and amenities ensuring they match the descriptions and standards set by SmallSmall Technology.
- Operational and amp; Legal Facilitation: Facilitate the legal and operational processes required to onboard properties ensuring compliance with SmallSmalls policies.
- Property Inspection Reports: Prepare detailed property inspection reports and communicate findings with both property owners and the head of business operations.
- Onboarding Guidance: Guide property owners through the onboarding process ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete and the property is listed properly.
- Photography: Take professional pictures of properties to ensure highquality visuals are used in listings.
- Startup Responsibility: Due to the nature of the role responsibilities can expand or change over time to meet evolving business needs.
Who You Are
Were looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- 35 years of experience in real estate property management or a related field.
- Ability to conduct site visits and prepare detailed property inspection reports.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with property owners and stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Ability to take professionalquality photos of properties.
- Knowledge of property listing requirements and real estate standards.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience working with a technologydriven real estate platform.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and legal requirements for property listings.
- Proficiency in real estate management or CRM tools.
