Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a temporary position focused on essential administrative and operational responsibilities. The role involves a variety of key tasks, primarily centered around effective staffing and workforce management, meticulous records management, comprehensive management reporting, metrics custodianship, and multi-agency coordination. The anticipated end date for this position is March 29, 2025, with the possibility of extension based on funding availability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Staffing Plans: Develop and implement strategic staffing plans that align with organizational goals. This involves analyzing current workforce needs, forecasting future demands, and collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal staffing levels.

  2. Workforce Management: Oversee workforce management activities to enhance productivity and efficiency. This includes monitoring employee performance, addressing workforce challenges, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement.

  3. Records Management: Maintain comprehensive and organized records management systems. This entails ensuring accurate documentation, overseeing data integrity, and facilitating easy access to records as required by stakeholders.

  4. Management Reporting: Prepare and present management reports that provide insights into workforce metrics and operational efficiency. This involves data collection, analysis, and synthesizing information to support decision-making processes.

  5. Metrics Custodianship: Act as a custodian of key performance metrics, ensuring that data is accurately collected, tracked, and reported. This includes identifying trends, highlighting areas for improvement, and recommending actionable strategies to enhance overall performance.

  6. Multi-agency Coordination: Facilitate coordination between multiple agencies to streamline operations and foster collaborative efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders and ensure alignment on shared goals.
