Roles and responsibilities

The HR/Admin Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of office administration, guest house operations, and warehouse activities. This multifaceted position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the corporate office, overseeing guest house facilities, and coordinating with the warehouse team on various administrative and logistics-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, facilities, inventory, and logistics while ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
The HR/Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring that all office operations run smoothly. This includes managing office facilities to maintain cleanliness, regular maintenance, supplies, and utilities. The manager will also coordinate with vendors and service providers for various office-related services, such as IT support, cleaning, and security. By fostering a well-organized and efficient office environment, the HR/Admin Manager will enhance overall productivity and employee satisfaction.

Guest House Management:
Another critical responsibility is the oversight of the company’s guest house operations. The HR/Admin Manager will ensure that high standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained for all guests.
