Job Description

Position: Head Barista Company Overview: Spire Hub is a dynamic and growing company that specializes in creating unique and welcoming spaces for individuals to gather work and connect. Our flagship location is a bustling hub of activity featuring a cafe coworking space and event space all designed to foster a sense of community and creativity. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers and we are looking for a talented Head Barista to join our team. Position Overview: As the Head Barista you will be responsible for leading and managing the cafe team ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional coffee experience every time they visit. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality consistency and efficiency in all aspects of the cafe from preparing and serving beverages to managing inventory and training new team members. You will also work closely with the management team to develop and implement new strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the cafe team including scheduling training and performance management Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest standard following recipes and quality control procedures Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment adhering to health and safety standards Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Develop and implement new strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Train new team members on coffee preparation techniques customer service and company policies Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints Stay uptodate on industry trends and new coffee products and make recommendations for menu updates Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a cafe or coffee shop environment Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee products Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints and concerns professionally Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures Passion for coffee and commitment to providing an exceptional coffee experience to customers Flexible schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays We offer a competitive salary benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
