Graphic Designer - Fathom Media

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced multimedia designer who excels in a team environment and possesses strong problemsolving and research abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to develop creative design solutions that align with marketing strategies and business goals.

Key attributes include decisionmaking capabilities management skills for overseeing junior designers and an eye for detail across all stages of production. They must be independent yet teamoriented with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. Clear communication excellent time management and a constant flow of creative ideas are essential to convey stories through visuals typography and media production.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee all design media and marketing projects from concept to delivery.
• Create original designs including illustrations and infographics.
• Apply typography techniques to enhance visual storytelling.
• Generate creative ideas to represent concepts and promote products/services.
• Improve the user experience of digital products.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
• Proficient with image editing software (e.g. Photoshop Adobe Illustrator).
• Strong skills in design software (e.g. InDesign Illustrator).
• Excellent aesthetic sense with the ability to combine colors fonts and layouts effectively.
• Attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate within a team.
• BSc in Design Visual Arts or a related field.
