Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with productrelated questions and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Record and manage customer interactions accurately in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Irish English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Off
