Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and associates by ensuring that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable experience. He creates one of the most powerful first impressions to our guests. Arabic Coffee Man has a friendly and outgoing personality, and genuinely interested in meeting, engaging and serving exotic Arabic coffee to all guests from all over the world. The position necessitates being an information provider, Arabic coffee server, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson public relations agent, all performed with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness
Beverage Preparation

Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brews.
Prepare and serve teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages.
Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Equipment Maintenance

Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning properly.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
Assist in ordering and restocking items to ensure a well-stocked coffee station.
Cleanliness and Organization

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station and seating area.
Follow health and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.
Training and Development

Train new staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance skills.
