Sales Assistant Manager Freight Forwarding

• Focus on acquiring new customers particularly targeting local Vietnamese companies.
  
• Concentrate on the ocean freight forwarding sector.
  
• Engage in discussions and secure contracts with clients while ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs effectively.
  
• Foster strong relationships with current clients and pursue new ones to drive incremental sales growth through seniority.
  
• Perform salesrelated tasks such as submitting quotes making cold calls sending cold emails and distributing market intelligence reports regularly.
  
• Assist the Section Leader in formulating and enhancing sales and marketing strategies as well as customer service policies to promote sales growth and customer development.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree from a recognized university.
  
• 710 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  
• Experience in ocean freight forwarding is highly advantageous.
  
• Proficient in English communication.
  
• Strong understanding of business principles.
  
• Excellent interactive communication abilities with stakeholders including customers carriers and team members.
  
• Openminded and adaptable approach to work.
  
• A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  
• Dedicated to fulfilling job responsibilities diligently.
