Promote and sell automation product system and services to a group of customers (SI Enduser OEM) through distributors or direct sales:
- You should be able to promote the companys products and services to potential customers in your assigned territory
- Take full responsibility and accountability to sell and exceed the assigned sales target
- Focus on core segments including Automotive Electronic Steel Ceramic Water Mining
- Detect potential partners inside the targeted segment and develop them become System Integrator who are master about Bosch Rexroth FA product platform
- Promote and sell Bosch Rexroth platform to targeted OEM/Endusers in strategic segments through SI partnership
- Work with Product Application Engineer to convert competitor products (being used by customer) to Bosch Rexroth
- Together SI/OEM catch up new projects of key account customer relating to upgrading system/ new line investment
- Align with focus of company (strategy and execution) utilise and follow CRM tool to ensure productivity of saleswork respect culture of company to engage customer
Qualifications :
- Education: University degrees in engineering (electrical/ automation/ mechanical)
- Working Experience: 5 years experiences in relevant industry technical design or commissioning engineer Enduser sales engineer system integrator sales automation/ mechanical component sales project management experience a plus
- Business Understanding: Industrial Machine knowledge Automation system/ machine design and architecture master products/systems/solutions (mechanical / automation & electrical control devices)
- Linear motion mechanism
- Variable Speed Drives/ PLC/Servomotor/ robotic and its applications
- Machine design / system integrating
- Segment expertise in automation and application
- Automation Platform and architectures (Hardware and software)
- Industrial Communication protocol and network
Others (e.g. language skills technical skills):
- Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Computer literate and presentation skills
- Organized structured and good analytical skills
Customer platforming and set up adaptive action plan to gain market share - Customer account management
