Job Description
Recruitment
- Monitor and followup intern recruitment needs
- Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
- In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
- Monitor candidate database and feedback processes
Integration of New Hires
- Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
- Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of newhires
- Monitor and support trainings (Onboarding Orientation etc.) and workshops
Personnel Marketing and HR event
- Coordinate in job fairs university activities
- Support yearly events and projects of HR department
Others
- Coordinate in joining/exiting process of interns
- Be the contact point for all interns matters
- Administrative support for HR department
- Adhoc task per assigned
Qualifications :
- Third/Final year student entitled as fulltime student during the 6month internship
- No working experiences required although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage
- Eloquent English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Interpersonal skills time and task management skill critical thinking and patience
- Cando attitude urge to develop and learn new things
- Eyes for details and good organization skills
- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
