Position Overview:
As an Italian Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the frontline representative of our brand ensuring that our Italianspeaking customers have an exceptional travel experience. You will handle inquiries provide information solve problems and facilitate bookings with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls emails and chats from Italianspeaking customers regarding travel inquiries bookings and support issues.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate information about travel itineraries destinations policies and services.
- Booking Management: Assist customers with making modifying and canceling bookings ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
- Support Services: Offer support for issues related to travel disruptions cancellations and other customer concerns.
- Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve services and products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service operation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints in our CRM system.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service particularly within the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customercentric approach.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems including CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
