You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPurpose of the Position : a. To manage the financial affairs of the company in order to contribute to the delivery of the companys overall business objectives.
b. Responsible for the efficient administration of general accounting and finance management and statutory compliance.
Principal Accountabilities:
a. Oversees the overall function of finance such as accounting treasury payroll administration receivable management audit statutory and management reporting.
b. Ensures strict compliance with statutory requirements such as tax filing and other mandatory requirements of the government/regulating agencies.
c. Coordinates with import agencies on matters concerning product importation including required doentation and fees.
d. Participates in all process initiatives related to a change in the system reporting requirements as initiated by management.
e. Attend to other financial treasury accounting and auditrelated matters as required by Head Office and local management from time to time.
f. Checking of Payroll and Payroll taxes.
Qualification Requirements
a. Education: University graduate with a degree in Accounting or other related finance courses
b. Certification: Chartered Accountant
Work Experience
Minimum of 7 years finance related working experience with managerial capacity gained from pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in managing IT tools such as accounting system (experience using Tally system will be an advantage);
Knowledge of local financial mandate and government rulings
