Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients based on strategically defined market segmentation within the private sector.
- Understand client behavior and budget allocation processes for Human Resource and Organizational Development.
- Engage in communication with clients or potential clients to understand their needs including project scope budget and timeline.
- Propose tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with organizational goals including crossselling opportunities for integrated management services.
- Collaborate with decisionmakers to identify sales growth opportunities and enhance performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Drive sales growth from existing clients by recognizing potential opportunities for additional services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients or prospects to secure deals.
General Qualifications:
- Masters Degree (S2) in Management or a related field with an extensive network in national and multinational private sector companies.
- Preferred candidates will have experience managing customer relationships and building connections with key decisionmakers in client companies.
- Proven experience in marketing particularly in identifying and capturing business opportunities for the organization.
- Strong network within business and government sectors both nationally and internationally.
- Ability to align client needs with the organizations services and offerings.
- Proficient in developing business proposals and delivering presentations to clients.
- Sed in negotiation and closing deals.
- Expertise in sales strategy development and business calculations.
- Strong understanding of management concepts Human Resource and Organizational Development and the organizations service offerings.
