Job Description
We are working with a fintech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Staff Software Engineer to join their Singapore team.
We are looking for a Staff Engineer with strong backend expertise to join our team. You will lead and mentor engineers design complex software and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend systems.
- Collaborate on system architecture with crossfunctional teams.
- Lead code reviews project planning and ensure technical doentation is uptodate.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in backend development and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in Java Python Ruby Scala and microservices architecture.
- Experience with distributed systems containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and testing odologies.
- Strong problemsolving ss and familiarity with Golang is a plus.
