ATLAS ANALYTICS is seeking an experienced operationsdriven and entrepreneuriallyminded person to run and expand the organization. You will work closely with the founders focusing on the mission to scale the ATLAS SalesOS one of the leading players in the B2B Sales PipelineasaService industry.

Motivation to Lead: Youre motivated to lead the company as the CEO/General Manager/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR).
Passion for Running Organizations: With or without us running an organization and managing people is your calling.

Startup Mentality: Youre familiar with the spiness of running a startup vs. the corporate world.
HandsOn Leadership: You have a track record of running teams and organizations with a handson attitude.

What You Can Expect:
Daily Active Engagement: Leadership management and accountability for the team and product.
Operational Ownership: Ownership of all daytoday operations and strategic initiatives.
Business Workflow Optimization: Testing validation and refinement of business workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
Founder Support: Coaching and support from the founder team.
Profit and Loss Responsibility: You will own the P&L over time.
Profit Share: You will have a significant profit share in the business i.e. you will think like an owner from day one.
FullTime Commitment: This is a fulltime role. We are looking for someone to commit fulltime and exclusively to growing building and owning the ATLAS SalesOS.
Requirements:
Risk Appetite and Capacity: Comfortable with taking risks.
Experience: Previous experience in running teams and/or organizations.
Coachability: Open to learning and growth.
Effective Communicator: Able to have tough but necessary conversations with people and stakeholders.
Rational and Objective: Solid judgment and decisionmaking skills.
Startup Skills: Solid track record with skills in a key startup discipline (sales operations tech product marketing etc.).
Domain Expertise: Relevant domain expertise in Sales & Lead Generation (optional).
