As the Head of Marketing Singapore you will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of our marketing function. With a strong focus on achieving growth and exceeding targets you will develop and execute the marketing strategy to propel Helpling Singapores brand awareness customer acquisition and business growth in the home services industry. This role requires a strategic and resultsoriented mindset exceptional leadership abilities and an aptitude for driving highperformance outcomes.
About your responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Country Marketing Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of the country marketing strategy taking ownership over Brand PR and Performance Marketing KPIs
- Drive brand positioning messaging and communication strategies that maximize customer acquisition retention and engagement.
- Develop and implement datadriven marketing campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and optimize marketing performance to achieve Customer Acquisition and CrossSelling targets.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build lead and inspire a highperforming marketing team fostering a growth mindset and a culture of excellence.
- Set ambitious goals KPIs and performance metrics for the team consistently driving them towards exceptional results.
- Provide coaching mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance the teams capabilities and foster individual growth.
Brand Management and Positioning:
- Cultivate and maintain a differentiated brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
- Implement robust performance tracking methodologies to assess brand performance and measure return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Continually refine brand positioning and messaging strategies based on market insights and competitive intelligence.
Campaign and Channel Management:
- Develop and manage brand marketing campaigns across various channels leveraging customer insights and market analytics.
- Utilize robust data analytics to measure campaign performance identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Manage internal and external teams to drive online marketing channels including SEO SEM Paid Social display advertising and CRM.
Performance Analysis and Market Intelligence:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends market gaps and growth opportunities.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics generate actionable insights and make datainformed decisions to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry best practices emerging marketing technologies and innovative growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Crossfunctional Collaboration and Accountability:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product sales and operations to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability driving crossfunctional collaboration and setting clear expectations for project delivery and outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Head of Marketing or Brand Manager in a Tier1 Consumer Tech startup.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive user growth and achieve key performance metrics.
- Strong strategic thinking analytical skills and a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsoriented culture.
- Passion for innovation continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
