Job Description

We need a Director of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and growth in Singapore. You will coordinate the growth of our sales teams nurture client relationships and collaborate across departments to drive revenue and market expansion. Your main goal is to build a highperforming sales culture that values innovation and results.

Youll have the chance to craft our business collaborate closely with the Country Managing Director and create a meaningful impact on SEEKs presence in Singapore. In this position your leadership will be crucial in seizing new market opportunities and establishing SEEK as a prominent player in the recruitment industry.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead Growth: Drive significant market share and revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Plan and Complete: Develop refine and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives ensuring SEEKs longterm growth in the competitive Singapore market.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with vital clients and Csuite partners becoming their trusted advisor and improving our share of wallet.
  • Team Leadership: Encourage mentor and develop a diverse team of highperforming sales professionals encouraging a culture of accountability and success.
  • Collaborate for Excellence: Work with crossfunctional teamsincluding Operations Marketing Finance and Productto improve sales processes optimize customer success and align on growth initiatives.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Stay ahead of market trends spearhead trials and new initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the sales organization.

What Youll Bring

  • Leadership: Demonstrable experience in a senior sales leadership role with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Singapore market with a background in solution selling account management and B2B sales. Experience in the technology or internet industry is highly valued.
  • Critical Thinking: You possess strong critical thinking skills able to navigate both highlevel strategy and handson tasks. Your ability to balance longterm vision with practical implementation is wellregarded.
  • ClientCentric Approach: Demonstrated success in managing and growing Clevel client relationships with a focus on delivering value and encouraging longterm partnerships.
  • Performance Culture: You thrive in a highperformance environment and know how to build develop and motivate teams to exceed their targets.
  • Agility: Experience working in both fastpaced nimble environments as well as more structured organizations. You adapt easily and lead your team through change.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and influence senior collaborators both within and outside the organization.
  • Travel: Be open to travel to SEEKs Asia HQ in Malaysia as required.
