- Responsible for one subsegment or a complete product portfolio of the business and manage for the Group the full marketing strategy for its portfolio (Vision & Roadmap SPRINT Launch support to MARCOM; Portfolio Management incl. EOL TCO).
- Responsible to drive the business in order to build revenues and profitability today and in the next 1 to 3 years for its assigned subsegment / product portfolio with limited support of the Business Segment Manager.
- Market Analysis & Customer Intimacy : Understand trends identify partnership opportunities be close to the market synthetize customer insights analyze how to create differentiation value pricing
- Create a clear vision & 13year roadmap : Define company vision and 13 year growth/profitability objectives make & defend business plan
- Product Roadmap & Delivery : Define new product candidates & prepare SPRINT define & prioritize segment product cost reduction plans and performance upgrades. In cooperation with R&D prioritize R&D resources according to highest possible ROI / business strategy. Communicate the roadmap and plans to the wider organization
- Product Launch & Downstream Product Management : Define & contribute to development of communication programs marketing campaigns tools and training programs aimed to drive profitable growth and visibility for internal external stakeholders support Product Launch product administration
- Business Support : For important projects support commercial team during presales phase and/or coordinate internal resources to deliver required support to close the project.
Qualifications :
- Singaporean or Singapore PR is a must request.
- Bachelor in Business/ Commercial Engineer Economics Engineering (mechanical electromechanical or relevant field
- At least 3 7 years of relevant experience in Lighing industry. Proven experience in product management product marketing or product development
Languages : English Mandarin is plus
Proven ability in marketing product strategy as well as product launch
