Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The Maintenance Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment
- Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures
- Performing repairs and replacements of mechanical components
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of production processes
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful maintenance procedures and practices
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
