Job Description
We are working with a design company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for Senior Physical Design Engineer (Backend) to join their Singapore team.
The package is competitive at SGD 84k 126k / year (excluding bonus).
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the frontend team to finalize chip floorplan clock architecture and power plan.
- Oversee physical design tasks from Netlist to GDSII including P&R formal verification static timing analysis physical verification power analysis reliability and tapeout.
- Research methodologies for advanced process nodes and automate the physical design platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or higher in electronic engineering microelectronics or computer science.
- 5 years of digital backend design experience; tapeout experience preferred (3 years for strong junior candidates).
- Proficiency in TCL Perl Python scripting and familiarity with EDA tools is a plus.
- Strong communication confidence and teamwork skills.
