Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Test Engineer will be responsible for designing implementing and executing test procedures to ensure product quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and testing methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing test procedures and protocols for manufacturing processes
- Implementing and executing test plans to ensure product quality and reliability
- Analyzing test results and identifying areas for improvement in product design and manufacturing processes
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing technical support and expertise to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Quality assurance certification is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
