Position: Support Sales Automation
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Report to: Automation Manager
Working: 5 Days/Week

Responsibilities:
Retail Automation Systems Management:
- Oversee the installation maintenance and troubleing of Point of Sale (POS) Back Office and Head Office systems.
- Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective system deployment.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution to local and regional teams.
- Coordinate training maintenance and help desk services through vendors or thirdparty providers.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align automation systems with expectations and service level agreements.
Payment Systems Management:
- Support the implementation and upgrade of fleet cards cash cards and EDC systems.
- Work with vendors to develop and maintain software on EDC terminals to support new payment ods loyalty programs and other business requirements.
Loyalty Program Management:
- Oversee the Loyalty System ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with vendors on program development testing and deployment.
Mobile Application Management:
- Work with local and regional teams to develop and manage mobile applications for fleet cards cash cards bank payments loyalty programs discounts and reporting.
Retail Automation Call Center Management:
- Manage retailer inquiries and issues through the RA Call Center.
- Track and improve the performance of the Call Center vendor to meet service level agreements.
- Monitor highrisk issues (fraud and loss) and ensure timely resolution.
Performance Management and Administration:
- Track vendor performance against service level agreements.
- Conduct Retail System Training Programs for internal and external customers.
- Manage unique local requirements such as tax reporting fuel safety and communication standards.
- Conduct Retail System Customer Satisfaction Surveys yze results and implement improvements.
- Provide sales reports and data ysis to support the sales team.
- ist customer service teams with system and operational issues.
- Manage operating expenses and CAPEX within budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Retail Technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to accommodate oncall standby for urgent matters and network downtime.
- Willingness to travel within Bangkok and to upcountry regions for fieldwork.
- Possession of a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle.

- Monthly tool of trade car allowance: 20000 THB
