Job Description
At Hubql we build API tooling for developers and teams. Our SoftwareasaService (SaaS) platform covers the full API development lifecyclefrom design to deployment documentation to testing. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to help us bring our SaaS solutions to B2B customers worldwide drive adoption and highlight how Hubql enhances collaboration and productivity in software development workflows.
Tasks
- Identify and Prospect: Research and connect with potential clients especially software development agencies and other B2B tech entities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and demonstrate how Hubql can streamline their development processes.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with agencies tech leads and companies through trust and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Tech Team: Work closely with our engineers to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals and manage pricing discussions.
- PostSales Support: Ensure smooth adoption of Hubql addressing feedback and identifying upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B tech sales advantage if within the developer tool or API industry.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows and familiarity with frameworks like NestJS.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical value to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS Open Source or software development industry connections.
