Your Mission

As a Senior Backend Engineer at BlueThrone your mission is to build the foundation that powers our platform. Youll design and implement backend systems that are robust scalable and essential to delivering a seamless experience for millions of users worldwide. What Youll Need to Succeed

• 5years of professional experience in backend development particularly with Node.js and TypeScript in largescale environments.

• Excels in building scalable architectures and crafting RESTful APIs.

• Is proficient with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch capable of handling complex data workflows.

• Has handson expertise with Redis for caching and RabbitMQ for messaging systems.

• Understands Nginx and infrastructure management bringing additional technical depth to the team.

• Values meticulous testing and maintains highquality code standards.

• Thrives in collaborative environments enjoying code reviews and crossfunctional teamwork.

• Is adaptable to fastpaced scenarios familiar with project tools like Jira.

• Keeps up with emerging technologies driven to integrate new tools and practices.

• Bonus points for experience with Flutter and Kotlin adding versatility to our development efforts.

What Youll Own and Deliver

• Architecting Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust backend systems that handle increasing user demands effortlessly.

The interview process

1. Initial call with the people team to understand your motivation (30 minutes).
   
2. Technical interview with our Tech Lead toassess your technical skills (90 minutes).
   
3. Meet the CTO (45 minutes).
