Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify pursue and close new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem focusing on enterprise clients across various industries.
  • SAP Solutions Sales: Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems and solutions (e.g. SAP ECC S/4HANA SAP Business One) to position the companys products and services effectively to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at client organizations to ensure longterm partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calls networking referrals and marketing campaigns.
  • SolutionBased Selling: Engage clients with a consultative sales approach focusing on understanding their business challenges and presenting SAP solutions tailored to meet their needs.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and sales pitches negotiating contract terms to close deals in alignment with company policies.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of sales activities opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with presales consulting and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction postsales.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in sales business development or account management ideally in the IT or SAP solutions space.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • SAP Knowledge:
    • At least 23 years of experience working with or selling SAP products (SAP ECC S/4HANA SAP Business One or other relevant SAP solutions).
    • Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and how they support business processes.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Fluency in English is required with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to present complex solutions clearly and confidently to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a solutionoriented mindset.
    • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions demonstrating a consultative sales approach.
  • Positive Attitude & Proactivity:
    • Energetic and proactive with a positive attitude toward meeting challenges and achieving success.
    • Selfmotivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in selling SAP solutions or related ERP systems is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased solutions and other enterprise software.
  • Strong network and relationships within the SAP customer base.

  • Flexible working hour 5 days working (MonFri) onsite 100% (Can come to office between 8:30 AM 10 AM) 8 Hours shift
