Fully supporting configuring maintaining and upgrading corporate customers networks and in house servers. Installing and integrating new server hardware and applicationsan eye out for needed updates..
Tasks
- Manage and maintain the companys local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) across international offices.
- Trouble network issues and collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.
- Implement network security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware and software upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on networkrelated queries and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Experence of 315 years experience in network administration and support.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers switches and firewalls.
- Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
