Your Future Role: Key Details You Need to Know

Join our client s team as a Booking Coordinator where youll handle customer inquiries manage scheduling and oversee bookings keeping the flow of operations as smooth as a perfectly organized storefront.


Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Regular Schedule (MonFri; 7AM 4PM shifts adjusted to 6AM 3PM during DST)
Work Setup: Onsite Makati


Your Daily Playbook: Booking and Beyond

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Handle customer service inquiries efficiently
  • Take charge of bookings scheduling and appointments
  • Input data into the system to ensure seamless operations


Requirements

The MustHaves: Ss for Success

  • A Bachelor s Degree or at least two years of college or a 2year technical/vocational course
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication ss
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets or Excel (bonus but not required)
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
