Your Future Role: Key Details You Need to Know
Join our client s team as a Booking Coordinator where youll handle customer inquiries manage scheduling and oversee bookings keeping the flow of operations as smooth as a perfectly organized storefront.
Shift: Regular Schedule (MonFri; 7AM 4PM shifts adjusted to 6AM 3PM during DST)
Work Setup: Onsite Makati
Your Daily Playbook: Booking and Beyond
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Handle customer service inquiries efficiently
- Take charge of bookings scheduling and appointments
- Input data into the system to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
The MustHaves: Ss for Success
- A Bachelor s Degree or at least two years of college or a 2year technical/vocational course
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication ss
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or Excel (bonus but not required)
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
