Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a sed and detailoriented Virtual istant (VA) with experience in property management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Homeowners ociations (HOAs) and Board of Directors. You will play a crucial role in supporting daytoday operations handling resident and board requests and ensuring smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to requests from residents and board members in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend one monthly board meeting (virtually) to take notes and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with HOA regulations.
- ist with property management tasks as needed.
- Maintain records and organize doentation related to property management.
