Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of company property and conduct regular inventory checks
- Manage acquisition distribution and disposal of company assets
- Implement and maintain an efficient asset tracking system
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper use and maintenance of assets
- Prepare periodic reports on property status utilization and depreciation
- Assist in budget preparation for property acquisition and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facilities Management or related field
- A years of experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong recordkeeping asset tracking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of property laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Familiarity with local property management practices in LapuLapu City
- Strong problemsolving skills and proactive approach to asset management
