Plant Manager

Growing Manufacturing firm in Sparks NV has a need for a Plant Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package and relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols and procedures
  
• Recruit train and supervise plant staff fostering a collaborative work environment
  
• Develop and manage the plant budget identifying costsaving opportunities
  
• Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance metrics
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process enhancements
  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
  
• yze financial performance and implement costsaving initiatives
  
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity to stay ahead of industry trends
  

Required Ss/Abilities:

• Excellent managerial and supervisory ss.
  
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
  
• Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
  
• Excellent organizational ss and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering
  
• Experience in leading lean manufacturing operations
