Requirements:
- Hold a relevant degree in accounting from reputable University
- Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred.
- Have minimum 610 years Financial due diligence/Transaction Services/M&A Transactions
- Have a wider commercial awareness including the understanding of wider business issues
- Technical knowledge consistent with discipline requirements; accounting concepts basic auditing and financial statement ysis
