Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts within the textile segment of the fashion industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans building strong client relationships leading a highperforming sales team and ensuring seamless coordination with other departments to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surp revenue targets in the fashion textile sector.
- Market ysis: Conduct comprehensive market ysis to identify trends opportunities and potential challenges in the fashion textile industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Elish and maintain robust relationships with key clients understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire the sales team providing guidance training and support to ensure both individual and collective success.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends product developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including merchandising production quality urance and logistics to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Sales Forecasting and Monitoring: Collaborate with relevant teams to accurately forecast sales monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead client negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activities for senior management review.
Requirements:
