One of our flagship products the bamboo towel has achieved remarkable success with over $628000 raised on Kickstarter and 45000 towels delivered to 83 countries transforming travel while supporting our ecological mission.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Materials Account Manager to lead the growth of our sustainable materials business within the eyewear industry. In this pivotal role you will manage the entire sales pipelinefrom identifying potential B2B clients to closing deals and providing postsale supportensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships. This position blends sales expertise relationship management and operational oversight to support the delivery of innovative sustainable eyewear materials made from recycled products.

As the sales pipeline expands this role will evolve with the possibility of splitting responsibilities to accommodate a dedicated customer success team member for postsale management.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Pipeline Management

    • Lead the full sales cycle including outreach followups conversions and postsale activities ensuring successful delivery of client orders.
  2. B2B Client Relations

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with eyewear companies aligning their sustainability goals with our recycled material offerings and longterm vision.
  3. Email Marketing & Multichannel Outreach

    • Manage email marketing campaigns engage in multichannel outreach (e.g. LinkedIn phone) and nurture leads to close sales.
  4. CRM Management

    • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system ensuring each sales pipeline stage is welldoented and updated regularly.
  5. Order Delivery Oversight

    • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of sample products and client orders.
  6. Customer Success

    • Provide postsale training and support in collaboration with the marketing team ensuring client satisfaction addressing concerns and fostering longterm partnerships.
  7. Reporting & Metrics

    • Track and yze sales performance metrics conversion rates and customer feedback to refine the sales process and drive growth.
  8. Resupply Coordination

    • Manage repeat orders ensuring smooth coordination and fulfillment for resupply maintaining longterm client relationships.
  9. ClosedLoop Recycling Coordination

    • Collaborate with clients to implement our closedloop recycling program educating them on the process of returning endoflife eyewear products for recycling and overseeing logistics for product returns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Environmental Science Materials Science or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in account management sales or business development ideally within the sustainable materials or fashion/apparel industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of circular economy principles sustainable materials and the environmental impact of plastic waste.
  • Ss: Proven track record in managing highvalue B2B accounts achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal ss.
  • Pion: A deep commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows client meetings and company events.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Based in our Bali office with a future HQ in Dalung.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency both spoken and written is essential.
  • Software: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. ClickUp) is required.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible).
  • Vacation: 15 days of paid vacation per year (3 weeks).
