Responsibilities:
1. Planning of Research and Product Development Activities:
- Conduct literature reviews related to the research being undertaken.
- Set work schedules.
- Define research and development workflow.
- Gather as much information as possible on product development from customers.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department for the specifications requested by customers and for product matching.
2. of Research and Product Development and Its Applications:
- Evaluate quality and price targets and take action when necessary.
- Evaluate and find solutions to obstacles and deviations that occur during research.
- Collaborate with the QC department for necessary yses.
- Prepare research reports.
3. Consumer Service:
- ist and provide solutions to consumers if there are issues with purchased products or samples provided.
- Visit consumers when required by the Marketing Department.
- yze competitor samples provided by the Marketing Department for comparison or reference.
4. Control of Inventory for Materials and Equipment:
- Control the stock of materials and equipment in the R&D department.
- Monitor the materials used in research.
5. Maintenance Calibration and Repair:
- Monitor the implementation of maintenance verification and calibration.
- Provide status updates on the results of maintenance verification and calibration.
6. Perform other activities related to tasks and responsibilities igned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (S1) in Food Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Expertise in Microbiological ysis and Hydrocolloids.
- Understanding of HACCP GMP Halal Sanitation and Food Safety.
- Able to work in a team.
