We are currently seeking multilingual Conversion and Retention Agents to join our team in Bulgaria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in English Spanish French or Italian to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to increase conversion rates.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet departmental goals and drive success.
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics and yze conversion/retention trends.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and at least two of the following languages: Spanish French or Italian.
- Proven experience in sales customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss with a customerfocused attitude.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfort with technology and proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Strong organizational ss and attention to detail.
