Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am 6:00 pm
Training: Fully paid 3week training program
Monthly Salary: 3800 BGN gross 10% sales bonus (1000 BGN signing bonus)

Relocation Package:

- Should the contract be terminated within the first 6 months any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be deducted from the final salary(s)
- Hotel accommodation provided by the company from the confirmed arrival date; failure to notify the hotel of nonarrival by 12 noon on the booked date may incur charges
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Retention Sales Specialist to join our team based in Sofia. As a Retention Sales Specialist you will be responsible for communicating with existing clients managing subscriptions and ensuring client satisfaction through effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing clients via phone email and chat to discuss subscriptions and provide personalized service
- Identify client needs upsell relevant products/services and promote customer retention
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to customer retention and satisfaction
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Document customer interactions and update CRM system with relevant information
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience and product/service offerings
Requirements:
- 612 months of experience in customer service or sales preferably in a similar role
- Fluent in Romanian and English both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
