Job Description
Job Title: German English Retention Sales Representative
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (relocation assistance available)
Work Schedule:
Monday Saturday
8:00 am 6:00 pm (local time for the market)
Training:
Duration: 3 weeks
Training will cover key retention and sales strategies tools and systems to ensure your success in the role.
Requirements:
612 months of customer service/sales experience required
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide support and retain their business
Utilize excellent communication and sales skills to offer solutions and products that meet client needs
Meet retention and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Work effectively in a dynamic environment handling multiple tasks and priorities
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary (with potential for performancebased increases)
Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
Additional payment for night hours work (if applicable) as per approved company program
Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN

Relocation Package:
Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company provided there is no prenotice (travel documents need to be presented eticket and invoice)
Advance in salary of 1056 BGN net available upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account within 5 working days)
Please note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from the last salary/salaries before leaving the company and no payment of the travel expenses will be processed.
