Job Title: Business Travel Consultant with German
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: 2 December 2024
Working Model: Hybrid
Shifts: Flexible options available
- Early Shift: Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Weekend shifts 12 times per month from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Eligible to work from home after training (plus 1 additional month in the office)
Salary: 3600 BGN gross performancebased bonuses

What You Will Do:
- Deliver hightouch customer care to business travelers assisting them with worldwide travel arrangements including flights hotels and train travel.
- Find solutions and provide support before and during business trips ensuring travelers fly with ease and arrive on time for their meetings.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to address their needs and enhance their travel experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in German both written and verbal along with a working level of English.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Previous work experience in the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is an advantage.
- Experience in a customer experience center is a plus.
- Good typing and computer skills particularly with MS Office applications.
- Organizational skills with the ability to make decisions and analyze information.
- A positive team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- High school education is required.
What You Can Expect From Us:
- Competitive salary of 3600 BGN gross with the potential for a performancebased bonus of up to 300 BGN available after the 3rd month.
- Late shift bonus of 300 BGN gross per month with additional bonuses for weekend shifts (25 BGN for each weekend day worked).
- Extra pay for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM plus other bonuses for weekend work (up to 250 BGN).
- Total possible pay can reach 4350 BGN excluding performance bonuses.
