Technical Support Specialist 2nd Level with German and English
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: 30 November 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Model: Hybrid (First 3 months onsite then hybrid)
Salary: 4000 BGN gross
Are you a techsavvy professional with a passion for solving complex problems Our partner BPO company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic team and support one of the worlds largest companies specializing in business communication solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Provide 2nd level technical support addressing critical and urgent issues for a wellknown telecommunications client.
- Troubleshoot and analyze system logs remotely to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure the consistent achievement of performance metrics and client KPIs.
- Contribute to and improve the knowledge database for ongoing process enhancements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of technical support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Networking and Linux knowledge is a plus.
- A proactive customeroriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with VoIP telecommunications or routing and switching is a bonus but not required.
